Had to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment which is unacceptable in this day and age. As a result the whole thing was very stressful. Not what you want In a surgery. The receptionist was not rely interested, merely pointing out that the doctor was running late. Not good enough. The doctor was not really interested in me and couldn't wait to see me go. No useful directions given about the prescriptions.
