I waited over a week for an appointment , then waiting again for 45 minutes for my appointment with a toddler, when finally saw my doctor, no apology for the delay, which would of been better customer service and polite of course even if it's not the doctors problem which is how it comes across most times I've visited. Not happy with answers , which I can google and get more information, I will be moving doctors in the near future.
