The phone you back service, telling where you are in the queue and the chance to send an email greatly improves the accessibility to medical treatment. I think we are all much relieved to not have to listen to endless messages about COVID and vaccinations before getting through. Perhaps it would help to single out easily dealt with queries by phone option? 1 to request blood test, 2 to see a nurse, 3 Covid & vaccination queries 4 prescription requests etc.

Suggested improvements
I am fine now, but a couple of years ago sort help for mental health and ended up in a cul de sac of no help. I'm concerned that people with serious issues could find themselves in the same situation.
