The ongoing appointment issues (3 weeks wait) is not due to a lack of doctors or increase in patients as it only occurred after the surgery changed their appointment process, I really wish they would heed the many complaints about this and go back to the old way, you can not of seen any less patients doing it that way. The receptionists act like the Gestapo, are arrogant and rude, customer service is certainly not a criteria for working at the Wall House! I also have issues with the doctors who seem to have a philosophy that if you cannot be cured that you are just a drain on their time, mental health is not something that heals quickly (if ever) and the lack of empathy is to be honest disgusting. Sadly doctors are paid for the quantity of patients on their list and not the actual patients they see and till this changes patients will be classed as a priority. I have been a patient at the Wall House for more than 15 years and this review is not due to a one off lack of care but a prolonged decline in standards. Currently the Wall House are spending millions on a new building, lets hope a new mindset towards patient care will come with it.
