As a sufferer from COPD the triage system ensures that I can get to see a doctor quickly when I really need one. There can sometimes be a wait to get through on the phone, but nothing excessive. Admin and clinical staff are always polite and professional.

Thank you for your feedback. We do try to man the phones accordingly but appreciate that sometimes we may not always meet our own standards or patient expectations.
