So after not being able to get an appointment for my 6yr old with out having to speak to a doctor over the hone at their convenience. Then not being able to get a double appt I am currently sitting in the waiting room with two poorly children one 7months old they are running so far 55mins late. The receptionist offered no apology just take it up with the he doctor - disgraceful And the baby change is disgusting with stains over it
