Reception staff helpful.
Sensible triage system for urgent appts.
Though c. 1 week to wait for a scheduled appt.
Perhaps a bit rushed at consultation. so I forgot to ask a question.
I feel the quality of are to be good though.

Your feedback is helpful to us so thank you for taking the time. Appointment availabilty has been longer in December than we would like. This was down to a lack of GP's (due to unforseen circumstances) and the christmas period. Hopefully we will be back on track mid January. Regards Mrs Dawn Harrison Practice Manager
