Jodie, the nurse was very professional and caring. I do not like injections and sometimes faint. She put my mind at rest and checked I felt okay throughout. She informed me why I was having injection and made sure I was happy with this.

2 of the doctors are helpful. I of them doesn't understand my daughters condition - doesn't believe in it.
