I think the most frustrating thing is the phone line for the appointment system. I rang 56 times this morning before getting through, and it has been more than this before. Having spoken to people at other surgeries. I appreciate that this is a common issue, but perhaps there could be another more (time) different way for everyone.

Telephone answering is disgusting. Took 3/4 hours. 8 am-9:45 to even get through to receptionist. Do not have computer. Do not need to be told twice. Once robotic and doctor to give information.
