Staff are always sociable and helpful.
All doctors are kind and informative.
When I ask questions or advice I have always had things explained to me.
This is a really good help for patients.
If the diagnosis is good or otherwise, I like to know so that I know what to expect and hoe to 'live with it'.

Charging people for DNA's might stop them not turning up. It would be easier for genuine patients to get an appointment.
