Good- attitude of all staff- helpful, friendly.
Not sure anything could be improved, other than perhaps a 7 day service, but I understand the implication of that.

Things are declining due to not able to get appointment for weeks. Only being able to discuss a problem with doctor. Something seems to be done about this situation before there is a death. The people who fail to keep their appointments should be made to day for not informing the surgery.
