Things are declining due to not able to get appointment for weeks. Only being able to discuss a problem with doctor. Something seems to be done about this situation before there is a death. The people who fail to keep their appointments should be made to day for not informing the surgery.

Cheerful and polite staff.
Very experienced doctors.
The only improvement I could suggest is being able to order prescriptions by phone.
