Very helpful, friendly receptionists. Self check in desks prevents waiting, easy to use.

Everything is tailored to benefit the patient in a most efficient manner. It puzzles me when people elsewhere complain about their surgery practices as I find here have armthorpe (the village practice) both a genuine pleasure to visit and super efficient.
Can't think of a single way to improve anything.
