Recently equipment did not work!! - not replaced. Practice manager is not helpful when contacted, she was negative and unable to fully appreciate issues that her client face at the practice. Clients are asked personal details at loud at reception point, including their address - against GDPR - breach of personal data. Practitioner or GP always late - yet client lateness would/has been highlighted.
