Decision making and patient involvement excellent, friendly, helpful staff, especially the receptionists who are very understanding and helpful. Sadly, the amount of time to see a doctor for a routine appointment is too long... (almost 8 weeks) likewise the option of a telephone consultation is too long...(6 weeks) For a patient who does not need or visit the GP often, but when I need to it would be helpful to see someone within two weeks ... Given the option the phone on the day, but reluctant to take up emergency appointments... Sadly I feel that many patients will fall through the same 'net' in not pushing or taking emergency appointments as does not seem fair, but maybe diagnoses or treatment is adversely delayed. Hopefully things will improve generally in GP practice nationally, as the quality of staff here is excellent.

Booked flu jab there and then, but doubt if a doctors appt would be so easy

I asked nurse pinpointing where my kidneys were as I am having back pains. He had to look info up on computer before telling me!!. I was at surgery for taking blood test to do with kidney function and high blood pressure. I have already seen a blood spec nurse and feel there are too many different people doing their own special areas when just sitting down with one doctor who knows my history is better (as it used to be). All seems a disjointed system these days.

Can make appointments online through NHS app which is great or by ringing surgery. Staff are wonderful and efficient and pleasant snd helpful to talk to. Overall the lead time for appointments is slightly long but ok. The surgery is always clean and full of interesting pamphlets on lots of topics. Easy to drop samples off and collect prescriptions. External Well Pharmacy attached to surgery which offers other services too. Well located to my house

The booking in app at reception where you scan QR code was not working on the day of my appointment so this needs further work but I was booked in by reception instead

BecauSorryse I was involved, the surgery was clean,the receptionists were helpful and it was east to get an appointment.
