The staff were very efficient and helpful. The nurse who gave me my flu jab was brilliant and answered my questions with ease. Thank you.

It is not as easy or convenient as it was in my earlier years.

Once, one could always see one's own doctor who had a good knowledge of your and your families health. Today, it can be a bit like dealing with a computer as one's nominated doctor is unlikely to be available in an acceptable timescale.

Not too easy to get an appointment, I understand how busy everyone is, but If you are worried about a loved one who can I turn to?

Easy to get an appointment for flu jab but not Covid nor ordinary GP appointment.

The organisation of Covid boosters was and remains a shambles although this was/ is not due to the JCP practice alone.
The broader question of GP availability remains problematic and certainly inhibits me from using the service.
The solution seems simple but is not - make more face/to- face GP appointments available.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
