I have recently come out of hospital and needed the staples removing from my knee. [name removed] removed them and she was wonderful, they were out before I realised even though a couple of them were embedded. I mentioned that I needed to come back for blood tests and she offered to do them at the same time, which I was delighted at. I also needed to see a dr the week before and I phoned the surgery, explained what was wrong and that I was quite distressed and they got me in the same afternoon. I have had brilliant treatment and care.

Yours is an excellent practice. The flu jab procedure was very well organised with very little waiting.

I had an initial consultation and , to be certain, a second opinion was sought. Both medical staff were polite and showed concern for my welfare leading to a satisfactory conclusion

Dr [name removed] is a caring person who listened. I have no problems at all with surgeries or staff and therefore gave 5 stars. The lower mark was for appointments, which is not exclusive to this surgery, so I thought 3 stars was fair.
