I just came for a shingles jab, and didn't have to make any decisions about care or treatment.
I used self check in so didn't see any receptionists.
The making of an appointment was complicated by the fact you had my medical records wrong. I had pointed this out at the time and been told it didn't matter. It does and has now been corrected.
The young man who did the jab was very efficient and quick, it didn't hurt, and for the first time in my life, I didn't get a sore arm.
Suggested improvements
Making sure records are correct.
Not using my mobile phone for sending me messages etc because it's not "smart" and I can't follow "links".

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
