Quick, efficient and timely
My appointment was with the physio & I had no difficulty phoning & getting an appointment quite quickly. [name removed] was helpful, listened to my problems & made helpful suggestions.
I am a new patient here (from September), and have had vaccinations for Covid and Flu, all of which were administered very swiftly and efficiently.
On my first visit to see a doctor, last Tuesday am, the receptionists were again extremely helpful indeed, making me feel very welcome. I was seen on time by Dr [name removed], who was very friendly and approachable. He listened carefully to what I had to say about my problems, asking questions but allowing me to ask questions too. I was given a thorough preliminary examination, and then given a series of appointments at the doctors and the local hospital. The receptionists booked these for me with no problems (and I got an X-Ray appointment at the Westmorland General Hospital that same morning!). I thorughly recommend this practice
In and out in 5 mins for flu jab at appointed time, after auto check in
The service I received was efficient and effective from kind and knowledgeable practitioners both on the phone and in person. The receptionist at Helm Chase was particularly helpful and implemented 2 courses of action quickly.
Also, it was very easy to upload a photo of my condition to your site so the doctor could see it immediately and get back to me.
The James Cochrane Practice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
