No complaints about my visit to the surgery but trying to get an appointment for a potentially serious problem was difficult.

Suggested improvements
I understand this is not any body’s fault, just a case of shortage of staff.

I have received amazing care from the mental health practitioner and she has involved me in every step of my referral to the CMHT. I am forever thankful of her support and the service I have received at the surgery.

Suggested improvements
Nothing - I love the fact I can make an appointment online and I love the fact I never have to wait a really long time for an appointment.
