I usually get an appointment if I ring up at 8am for that day the staff are very helpful and do their best to get me sorted there seem to be a lot of new doctors now at the surgery I found it better when you had a familiar face rather than one you’ve never met but I suppose that’s how it is now

Had regular treatment since May 2022. No appointment problems. Talked with Practice nurses [name removed] and [name removed] about treatment. Very open about condition and treatment. First class. Hopefully near end of treatment.

During previous visits I've seen "doctors" googleing answer to my questions. Once one of them asked me what I think we should do with my painful knee not giving me any options. My last gp visit was successful as she was helpful and send me to some tests plus she was answering my questions using her knowledge not google. Ideally some of these guys should be checked if their knowledge is good enough to work as doctors.
