All the staff are very helpful,
I’ve got a speech impediment and everybody is patient with me and wait for me to speak.

I rang up with concern over my child and I was phoned within 2 hours, then seen 1 hour later and [name removed] [name removed] was as concerned for my child as I was, luckily it was not a serious matter but I felt so reassured and cared for from [name removed] [name removed]

I saw the nurse practitioner [name removed] he has a really nice calm approach and makes you feel calm

I called in at the surgery and to my surprise, got a non urgent appointment with a Gp within 2 weeks.
My consultation was very satisfactory. I thought i was listened to and I felt confident with the advice I was given.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
