When in the telephone appointments I work in a very rural area and my work phone is the only way to contact me the doctor didn't wait to be put through as I work in a school so it takes me a few minutes to come to the phone I don't like telephone appointments for this reason they don't work for me then I have to wait nearly 3 weeks to see a doctor hmmm this could be better. Thanks [name removed]

JC Practice is an excellent doctors - the best I have experienced. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They explain what they are doing and why.

Stop using elastic bands and use proper cuffs when taking blood.the hospital uses cuffs.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
