My last experience has been very positive. I was pleasantly surprised to have been able to get an appointment when needed. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

A very individual opinion but I would prefer not to have endless music playing whilst waiting on the phone line and repeated information .

Thank you for helping me, I was feeling so poorly. I phoned in the morning and had an appointment and medication on the same day! Dr [name removed] was helpful, supportive and caring. I know the NHS is having a hard time at the moment but you are all doing such a great job! Thank you!

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
