[name removed] [name removed] was great, she listened and took my concerns seriously. She explained the options and the next steps clearly and checked I was happy with everything before I left the surgery.

I have to have my INR checked regularly and have always found the staff on reception and whoever checks my bloods to be very professional, always in a happy frame of mind, and a joy to chat with

I try not to visit the drs very often as I am always nervous and get a little upset when I have to go however I have never had a bad experience when I have been and yesterday was just as I expected it to be .

Phoned up and got a prompt response to a stand-alone clinic on the same day. Everyone helpful and approachable.

Clinic running late…. I had gambled with being able to do visit to surgery in lunch break….which meant that I was late for next work meeting, however it was due to issues with patient care…. which happen… no harm done.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
