My routine blood test was carried out most efficiently by the Practice Nurse——- I never felt a thing !
As I have a long term heart problem I have to attend the Surgery periodically and I can say I always receive the very best attention from the Practice .
Long may it continue!

I can’t add anything to what I have said above !
Oh! Other than a non medical comment is that the surface at the entrance to the car park appears to be deteriorating very badly !

I was seen to and had my blood test done within 10 minutes of being there. The nurses were really friendly!

From phoning for an appointment for face to face. Was told Gp would phone me that day. He did. That was Friday. He made me a face to face to ap for wed.
Thorough examination. Had a ultrasound scan on Thurs. Boo JJ ed for bloods this Saturday and a appointment with colorectal at Kendal next Tuesday.
Amazing service be as usual from this practice.

I made the appointment very easily The receptionist was helpful. Mr [name removed] gave me an examination and talked me through the procedure. On the day of my op the team were excellent and very professional and put me at my ease. They took care of me

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
