Excellent all round service. Mine was a pre booked appointment which I very happily waited just under 2 weeks for and I think this is a more than acceptable time to wait for non urgent appointments, also take into consideration the huge patient influx it is an excellent waiting time.

Nothing at all comes to mind due to great service recieved.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of staff on my initial visit in person to make an appt and also during my visit for my appointment, both took place at Maude Street.
Suggested improvements
I was concerned that I now have to wait 5 weeks to see a nurse as both surgeries were fully booked up and I was told there were no available appointments before then.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
