I wasn't happy with the service I got. From the minute I met the nurse I felt uncomfortable.
The lady didn't show any care or
compassion. When I was feeling rough anyway and then to get that service I was very upset.

Make your self log in screens a bit easier to read

Dr I saw was not very good at taking blood very disappointed made another appointment for next month with [name removed] who is excellent and has no problems getting blood

Don't let that doctor do bloods hadn't a clue in my opinion cut bit purpley coloured elastic to make turnaque, didn't swab my arm with antiseptic to make area clean/ hygienic so I made my escape and made another appointment

My request for a repeat prescription was accepted on 23 rd December2022. The prescription was to be dispensed by the WellPharmacy attached to the surgery.
I called twice for my prescription to find it was not there. On 4THJANUARY I was told it was not in stock and they would contact me next day. No phone call by two days later!! I called in again to be told they could not get it, take my prescription to another pharmacy, but would need doctor to sign it off.
Collected prescription form , it was now 9TH JANUARY!!!!!!!! Walked over mile to pharmacy in Kendal, only to be told they had not given me relevant section of the form!!! Amazing!! So had to walk back again collect other part of form and then walk back to pharmacy that could supply my medicine.
I have to pay for my prescription but the service I have received from this pharmacy has been very poor.
Despite the surgery being attached to the pharmacy on several occasions the form has not been passed on to them.
This is poor and having to wait from 23rd Dec to 9th Jan without my medicine and no contact other than me badgering them , I find totally unacceptable.
Suggested improvements
Communication- when someone tells you they will make contact , do it. Also show some sense of customer care rather than a shrug of the shoulders!
