Pressure on services mean q long wait to be seen. Not complaining.. you asked!

Why don’t you consider allowing patients who need an early morning blood test just to turn up say between 8 and 8.30 to get it done without an appointment? Would you be swamped? You could try it for a couple of months and see if it runs smoothly. There will, of course, be others who don’t need the test first thing ( before food and meds). They could use the blood testing place at WGH.. or you by appointment later in the day.

It was great the nurse [name removed] has done a great job and is very easy to talk to. Does a very good job and she has told me how best to treat and manage my bandages.

Y annual review was held and after the actions were concluded I explained that I was experiencing pins and needle type pain in manly my left hand and lower arm and the same pain in my right hand. For some reason I was sent to see [name removed] who I believe is a physiotherapist, I feel that this was the totally wrong person to be seen by and perhaps a Doctor would have been the correct choice.

Get me an appointment with a Doctor as this would have saved [name removed] time and mine!

All the above i give 5 stars. Cheerful and welcoming receptionist. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Short waiting time. Helpful consultation. Easy to arrange timely appointment.
