[name removed] was an absolute delight and really put me at ease (I was feeling a bit wimpy prior to the blood test) she was a sweetheart and very attentive what better way to relax someone mid test than talk about care!

Went in to change my appointment as i had to cancel my original was. Receptionist was very helpful and gave me few options. All sorted in anout 5 minutes.

The nurse at my asthma review was fantastic. Really listened, asked good questions, full of helpful suggestions.
The computer network was down the day of the appointment but that didn't flummox her at all. A really useful review.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
