Appointment was on time. Nurse very nice and made me relaxed and waited for to move clothing and offered to help me in a nice way.

Generally everything is satisfactory with the surgery but annual test have missed out Uriah results for 4 years.
Suggested improvements
Annual review should also at least review longer term illnesses not just concentrate on blood pressure, BMI etc.

It is easy enough, either well ahead with the doctor you want or as an emergency with who is available. The receptionists are always friendly

I was listened to, felt heard and supported. I can’t ask for much more. Thank you, moving to this surgery made me realise how poorly my family and I had been cared for, for too long.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
