I was really pleased that I finally got referred for an X-ray and head able to get one the same day. The doctor suggested I make an appointment that day to see a doctor to discuss the results but I was disappointed when I was told by the receptionist that I would have to wait more than a month to get an appointment.

First appointment I could get was 7 weeks away.
Dr was running 15 minutes late despite it being an early morning appointment.
Didn't feel listened to or supported.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
