Procedure to remove stitches was carried out and steri strips applied.
Suggested improvements
I needed another appt and none were available. This should not be down to me to worry about.
Have to go to UTC instead.
Also nurse told me I shouldn't be working. I am self employed so no work no pay. Not everyone gets sick pay.

The practice is well ran and doctors and receptionist all as helpful as possible

I do not think this survey is relevant to my appointment. It was a review/well being appointment.

Prior to the appointment I filled in a questionaire. I had already answered in the questionnaire questions I was asked at the appointment. E.g. do you smoke answered never. I have been asked this question many,many times I have always given the answer never. Do you really think at the age of 70 I am going to start smoking? Surely this is on your system by now along with information on alcohol consumption, diet. I also sent in figures for weight, height.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
