The service as a whole was very efficient! My Doctor Ms [name removed] was excellent, giving some really helpful guidance and was very knowledgeable in any further questions I had. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, providing me with extra paperwork I required.
As a whole, an excellent and easy experience.

I called at 8.02 in the morning. 10 people in front of me but didn’t sit on the phone long and got an appointment for my toddler the same (Friday) afternoon. We are going on holiday on Tuesday and it s bank holiday so I was relieved to get in as she has been really poorly with tonsillitis this week and we’d been given the wrong antibiotics at the hospital last weekend. We were seen on time and [name removed] [name removed] was brilliant with us. Thank you.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
