Great experience today. Reception staff are always lovely, Practitioner called me in before my appointment time as I was waiting. I never really understand why people say they can't get appointments; yes, sometimes you have to wait a while for something routine, but if I have needed an urgent appointment I ring early and I've never not got one. Appointment today was timely and treatment was given there and then. No complaints whatsoever!

The practitioner we saw was lovely. There was slight doubt over the condition and dr [name removed] came in to advise and he was lovely and kind and also I noticed towards his colleague who had asked his advice x

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
