I got an appointment reasonably quickly (2 weeks) and I was very pleased with my "treatment ", it was thorough, and the drops I was given are excellent compared with the usual standard of shop bought ones.

I was told previously when I tried to get an appointment that it would be 6 weeks, but I tried early in the morning and got on with in a couple of days . The appointment system is fine it's just the number of patients going through the system.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
