I have had to wait twice for ENT Appointments
First 8 weeks second 12 weeks not what is expected of our NHS

Improve waiting times and do away with phone appointments other than informing test results. It takes as long to talk over the phone as it does to see you and you can't see up somebody's nose down there throat take there temperature over the phone

I was given an appointment for the following day. The locum who saw me was excellent. She was efficient, and very pleasant with it. Not a bit condescending as I have experienced in the past which is why I rarely go to see a doctor if at all possible.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
