Advised of the duration and content of session to reduce anxiety. E.g., your appointment with [name removed] will be 1 hour long, during this time… etc. this would help ease anxiety prior to session

It’s always a little bit stressful to have to call first thing in the morning to get an appointment that day. It feels like a competition.

There really isn’t anything you could’ve done better. The staff and doctors are all first rate as is the nursing crew.

I phoned for an appointment in the morning and had a helpful consultation with Dr [name removed] which resulted in me trying some medication to alleviate my symptoms.

If I could have seen the physiotherapist at Helme Chase would have been more easily accessible
