I had no problem getting a face to face appointment but had to wait 3 weeks and 3 days to get one.
I had never met the doctor before but he was polite, listened to me and chatted, he did not rush the appointment. I required a blood test and in the past I have had to wait to organise this, the Dr did this straight away which really impressed me.

The paramedic had a poor understanding of the needs of an autistic person with a severe learning disability. Our daughter was very upset and this was largely due to her manner.

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
