Totally satisfied with all the staff from check in to leaving the building. Receptionist, Doctor and practice nurse ten out of ten for me

Doctor proficient and professional but at the same time sympathetic to patient's cause.
Receptionists are excellent when one phones for an appointment.

Did not use reception used check in screen.as for booking appointments you you have to ring up at 8am in the morning you get put in phone queue .I was lucky and got to see a gp that afternoon.but sometimes it can be around 2 weeks to see a gp or get a phone call.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
