I made the appointment on the day and had to call seven times before the call had a open line. After that, everything went very well.

If you have an alternative to the above for an appointment on the same day, that would be easier.

No complaints at all. Have to ring at 8am for same day appointment but can get an appointment in a few days if necessary.
Everyone I saw was lovely and kind.

I accidentally missed a blood test appointment but was allotted in the next day. I was seen bang in time and had my blood taken very efficiently. I like the new way of checking in for an appointment using your phone - I never liked the touch screen

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
