I was not told that I would see a para medic for triage and not a real GP.

I was cut off twice while trying to make an appointment, but was immediately rung back by the second receptionist I spoke to. Was looking for a telephone appointment in the future, but due to a brief description of my symptoms was offered a face to face appointment the same day. I saw [name removed] who was very thorough, told me she would speak to a doctor to ensure proper care, and I was called back the same day with information on the plan for my ongoing situation

Suggested improvements
Very satisfied
