Brilliant friendly people at the reception

Was a lovely experience for a frightened little 7 year old he felt as ease as soon as we went into the nurses room, not much for children to do in the waiting area maybe some toys understand everything was moved due to [name removed].

Because the JC practice seems to have an instinctive sense as to when something is serious & always moves quickly - even when appointments are scarce. For that reason I feel incredibly well supported through some serious mental health issues & know that support has prevented me from deteriorating into a more serious state. Thank you!

Profile

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.

We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
