I had to wait nearly 5 weeks for a app

The Dr I saw was helpful, informative, understood and had herd what I said and understood. She was very professional and I would recommend her to others . This hasn't been previous experience so this was very welcomed

Had to rearrange one appointment to two separate appointments, which was manageable but slightly inconvenient.

The surgery couldn’t have done anything better. The nurse who treated me was very reassuring and kept me informed about everything she was doing. I also got excellent advice from the receptionist on how to transfer my information to another surgery when moving house to another area. This is an excellent surgery.

The surgery as a whole relates well to you and manages your situation confidently and empathically. I have found the GPs etc take time to listen to your problems/concerns without rushing you or making your situation trivial. I have not been to a better surgery. Thank you all!

The doctor I was saw was very nice. She was running slightly late not too much.

On this occasion everything was fine Sometimes it is hard to get a appointment or the wait for once is a fee weeks but if u ring early u can sometimes get one for thr same day. I think this is a general issue with All GP surgery's not just [name removed] and it something that can't be helped.

Booked to remove stitches. Self-service booking system not working on arrival but receptionist was helpful. Saw nurse [name removed] promptly and she duly removed the stitches quickly and painlessly. Clear advice given on aftercare.

Fix self service screen ( unless already repaired).
