The receptionist was miserable and have the impression she would rather have been else where and having to wait nearly 40mins for my daughters appointment because someone was was 20 mins late when I was on time was ridiculous they should have had to wait really not me when I was there on time

Suggested improvements
If people are late for appointments they should either have to re book or wait not make everyone else late
