I can't always get an appointment to SEE a doctor and have to start at 8am if I want to HEAR a doctor. I.e I can't make an appointment in advance.
Suggested improvements
Change the appointment system. I received GREAT CARE but I had to make the appointment far in advance and was not able to specify a doctor.
