When in the telephone appointments I work in a very rural area and my work phone is the only way to contact me the doctor didn't wait to be put through as I work in a school so it takes me a few minutes to come to the phone I don't like telephone appointments for this reason they don't work for me then I have to wait nearly 3 weeks to see a doctor hmmm this could be better.
