Appointments were full but I was going away anyways so the timing worked out for me. Receptionist on the phone was lovely and I felt she went above and beyond for me. [name removed] was nice and to the point which I appreciate. She has also made the time to get back to me to ask how I am getting on. The ECG went smoothly and the guy was nice to talk to. Results have been given back to me in good time

Suggested improvements
Everything so far has been great. I am hoping I will get further advice/support when all my results are back as to what I can do next because I feel in past experiences this has been lacking at times but that was only with appointments with the hospital or external sources.
