Having to spend too long hanging on the telephone.Receptionists are far too busy trying to cover all lines.

Suggested improvements
Make it easier to speak too someone.

Thank you for your feedback, im very sorry to hear that you spent a long time waiting on the telephone. Our phone lines can get very busy, especially during peak times (mornings), however we do have an option for patients with non-urgent issues (if they don’t feel they need to speak to us today) to contact us online if they have access to the internet; the link is on our website or you can find it here https://florey.accurx.com/p/A82026. Our Care Navigators work extremely hard answering the calls that come into the practice, and we do increase the number of people answering the phones at peak times where possible, but it can get very busy.
