I was waiting for 40 mins to get through but once through on phone the service on this occasion was fabulous. I’ve already seen [name removed] who had put my mind at ease and she was very good. The receptionist also booked me a future appointment which [name removed] requested which is in a couple of days time.

There was a long wait on the phone (40 mins)
